Celebration of Learning Conferences

On Thursday, March 12^th and Friday, March 13^th, we will be having our triad conferences. The purpose of these conferences, led by the student, is to share what is happening in the classroom and to give students the opportunity to demonstrate, reflect on, and celebrate their own individual growth. Students will be prepared to showcase their learning from term two.

 As the focus is on celebrating learning, and due to the fact that there will be multiple families together in the classroom, this is not the ideal time to discuss any concerns you may have about your child. If you would like to arrange to speak privately with your child’s classroom teacher please contact her/him directly.

 We are going to try an “Open House” format this time round, meaning no need to schedule a time to come visit.  Classrooms will be open on Thursday evening from 4:30pm – 7:00 pm and on Friday morning from 9:30-11:15 am.

Mrs. Rogala will be available in the gym office during these times to meet with you regarding your child’s progress in Physical Education and Mrs. Wurch invites students and parents to visit the music room.  Please note that because Mrs. Wurch is a part time teacher, the music room hours on Thursday evening will be 4:30-6:30 PM.
