It's Project Fair Time!

The Linwood School Project Fair is just around the corner and we are beginning to make the important preparations needed to ensure it is a success.  At this point, students should be deciding if they are going to be participating in the Project Fair, and if they will be working independently or with a partner.  Once these decisions have been made, they can begin exploring topics for their projects.

We, as a staff, are aware of the time commitment involved in students completing their projects at home.  Every home is a busy home, therefore, there will be work sessions provided where students will be able to work on their projects at school during the lunch hour.  During this time, the supervising teacher is not there to work one on one with students, they are there to simply offer a workspace where students can have time to complete projects if they wish.  Also note that students are responsible for bringing their own supplies to these work sessions.  Teachers will not provide materials or resources, other than the use of the iPads, to students.  Students should come to these sessions prepared and willing to work.

If your child is interested in participating in the Project Fair please fill out the form (available from homeroom teacher) and return before February 8th.
